To deal with this situation, the Delhi Traffic Police has changed the path of vehicles (route diversion) on various routes, due to which people are facing a lot of problems. On which paths have the water logging have caused the devastation to avoid and where to avoid: Moolchand underpass and Prahladpur underpass: Both these underpasses have been completely submerged and closed for traffic. The drivers passing through here have been advised to travel through other routes now. Khanpur T-Point: There is also heavy waterlogging at this intersection, due to which the speed of the vehicles has slowed down and there is a long jam. Red light near the call center flyover: Traffic is going on very slow and the vehicles are going on very slow. Underpass: Both these major areas have also been submerged in water, which has made traffic movement quite difficult. Traffic policemen are sending vehicles to alternative routes. Delhi Traffic Police has urged all citizens to take information about the current situation of roads before leaving home today. They plan their journey accordingly and use alternative routes to avoid getting stuck in jams. Police are continuously sharing updates on social media platforms and helpline numbers have also been released. This rain has really emerged as a major challenge for the urban infrastructure of Delhi-NCR.
