Kuberaa OTT: It will stream on Amazon Prime from July 18
After making a strong impression in theatres, Kuberaa—the socio-political drama starring Dhanush—is all set for its OTT debut later this month. Directed by National Award-winner Sekhar Kammula, the film originally released in cinemas on June 20, 2025, and will now begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video from July 18, 2025.

The film, which blends personal aspirations with political upheaval, will be available in five languages—Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi—ensuring it reaches a wide and diverse OTT audience across India.

Dhanush headlines the film as Deva, a role that has earned praise for its intensity and restraint. To celebrate the actor’s 23 years in cinema, the makers had unveiled a striking poster in May showcasing his gritty look from the film—an image that quickly went viral. Alongside Dhanush, the film features powerhouse performers like Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh. Nagarjuna’s role is particularly layered and pivotal, while Rashmika portrays a woman disillusioned with her middle-class existence. Jim Sarbh plays a high-profile businessman, adding further complexity to the story.

Rounding out the cast are Sayaji Shinde, Sunaina, Dalip Tahil, Hareesh Peradi, and Shravani, all of whom contribute significantly to the film’s narrative depth.

Produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd, Kuberaa also boasts a pulsating soundtrack composed by Devi Sri Prasad, which amplifies the film’s emotional and political undertones.

With its layered storytelling, memorable performances, and now a pan-India OTT release, Kuberaa is expected to find a second wave of appreciation on digital platforms. Whether you missed it in theatres or want to relive its powerful moments, July 18 marks the perfect date to stream this compelling socio-drama.

According to Koimoi.com, the movie has grossed over Rs 130 crore
