  • To make the fall curry, first heat the oil and fry the onion golden.

  • Now add tomato puree and ginger-garlic and make spices.

  • After this, add chili paste and garam masala to it.

  • 500 grams mutton

  • 3 tablespoons mustard oil

  • 10-12 Dry red chili (wet)

  • 2 medium onion thin chopped

  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

  • Half a cup yogurt

  • Spice

  • Taste salt


How to make Rajasthani red meat-



  • First of all, grind the soaked red chili and make a thick paste.

  • Now heat mustard oil in the pan and fry the onion till it turns golden brown.

  • Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry it well.

  • Add mutton and red chili paste to it.

  • Fry on low flame for about 10-15 minutes.

  • Now add curd and all whole spices to it.

  • Cover and cook on low flame until the mutton becomes soft and spicy.

  • You have special spicy Rajasthani red meat ready.
