At the same time, 5 plots have been identified in Sector 17. The size of GH-7A is 1,21,41 square meters. The value of which has been kept at 52,500 per square meter. At the same time, the size of GH-7B and GH-7C is 11,513.72 square meters. At the same time, the size of GH-8B plot is 20,235 square meters and the size of GH-8C plot is 24,282 square meters. There are also 5 plots in Sector 22D sector. All the plots of this sector are of different sizes. The largest plot of this entire group housing plot scheme is also in this sector. The size of which is 1,35,574.5 square meters. The total value of this plot is about Rs 712 crore at the rate of Rs 52,500 per square meter. A plot is 47,754.6 square meters, 20,235 square meters, 89,034 square meters and 1,01,175 square meters.
