Moradabad Development Authority officials are also involved in this game, due to which people like Dr. Manjesh Rathi are getting the DMR hospital constructed by obtaining no objection certificates from various other departments through fake NOC. Complaints about occupation of government land have been made from the Chief Minister to the District Magistrate, but with the connivance of some officials of Moradabad Development Authority, Accountant and Tehsildar, Dr. Manjesh Rathi is getting the construction work of the hospital done.

According to sources, some officials also have stake in DMR Hospital, due to which no action is being taken against this illegally constructed hospital and CM Yogi’s policy of not accepting illegal construction under any circumstances is being flouted.

Actually, this entire hospital is being built illegally on Nazul land by Dr. Manjesh Rathi and a fake NOC has been prepared for it. A controversial accountant is involved in the game of fake NOC and became the owner of huge wealth within a few days.

Let us tell you that a multi-storey DMR hospital is being constructed illegally on the government land of Nazul in an area of ​​more than 6000 square meters. DMR Hospital is being built on the land of Nazul Land No. 470 of Village Cantonment in Civil Lines. The area of ​​plot number 470 of Nazul Land in Village Cantonment is 4.95 acres. Of this, only 2714 square meters of land is freehold, while the remaining 17,318 square meters is Nazul land, which should be in the possession of the government. According to Nazul records, the land on which Dr. Manjesh is building the hospital is not a free hold area. Rather the free hold area is behind this land. On which there is already construction. This means that on the basis of fake forms, Dr. Manjesh Rathi is openly occupying more than 6000 square meters of Nazul’s valuable government land and building a multi-storey DMR hospital. Whereas the administration remains a mute spectator.

Even after complaining to CM, officers are not taking cognizance

The most important thing is that a complaint about occupation of Nazul’s land was also made to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Even after this, MDA officials did not try to know the truth of the map. The authority is keeping the matter pending under the pretext of investigation. It is being said that the officials are also aware about the fake NOC. Also, the place where Dr. Manjesh Rathi is building the hospital is not a freehold area. Rather the free hold area is behind this land. Despite this, Dr. Manjesh Rathi is indiscriminately trying to take over Nazul’s land and the officials are supporting him.

Work going on even after complaint

Most importantly, complaints have been made from CM to DM about the illegal hospital being built on Nazul’s land and the encroachment by Dr. Manjesh Rathi. DM has also taken cognizance of this matter. Despite this, construction work is being done on Nazul’s land by Dr. Manjesh Rathi. It is being told that work is going on here in day and night shifts. So that this construction is completed before any kind of action.

In fact, the precious Nazul land Gata No. 470 of Civil Lines area is in the center of headlines in Moradabad these days. Out of this land of about 4.95 acres (20032 square meters), only 2713 square meters of land is free hold, while the remaining 17318 square meters of land is government Nazul land. A big game of occupation of this Nazul land has been going on for a long time. Dr. Manjesh Rathi is involved in this game of possession. When the matter escalated, District Magistrate Moradabad took cognizance of it and wrote to Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) regarding this. If sources are to be believed, the famous doctor is also getting construction done on Nazul’s land but the responsible officials are avoiding action. A complaint about this matter has been made on the Chief Minister’s Public Hearing Portal.
