Ingredients for Lemon and Chili Pickle:


Green chillies

lemons

Red chilli powder

Kashmiri red chili powder

salt

lemon juice

yellow mustard seeds

fennel seeds

cumin seeds

Fenugreek seeds

Asafoetida

Nigella seeds

turmeric powder


How to Make Lemon and Chili Pickle:


To make the lemon and chili pickle, first, slit the green chilies lengthwise.

On the other hand, cut the lemons and extract the juice into a bowl.

Add the remaining lemon pieces along with the chilies to the lemon juice.

Now, roast the yellow mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds on a hot pan. Let them cool and then grind them into a powder in a mixer grinder.

Add the roasted spices to the lemons and chilies.

Now, add turmeric powder, nigella seeds, salt, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and asafoetida powder and mix everything well.

After mixing everything thoroughly, transfer it to a glass jar, place it in the sun, and enjoy its spicy and delicious taste.
