The first teaser of Ramayana is out, and it is everything fans have been waiting for. The first teaser shows Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, and it has left everyone, including folks from Bollywood, mesmerised. From Alia Bhatt to Siddharth Anand, many from the film industry have come out with their review of Ramayana's first look.

Alia Bhatt, who was one of the first to see the teaser, said in a video message, "The Ramayana unit is going to be out tomorrow. It is the unit called the Rama unit. I'm going to post it on my social media, so please go out there and support it. Ranbir has done such a beautiful job and I can't wait for you guys to see it. It's absolutely fabulous."

Even Ashwiniy Iyer Tiwari, wife of Nitesh Tiwari, shared a shout-out post for her husband.
She wrote, "I watched the teaser of Ramayana. It brought a deep sense of calm to my heart. My eyes welled up with emotion. It reminded me of a time when we used to talk endlessly about stories, and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the storyteller. Today, I felt that same love again."

Ramayana teaser out nowSharing the teaser on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Namit Malhotra wrote, “Rama is the greatest of all time because he lived a life where the choices he made were always in the benefit of the greater good, duty over desire, and sacrifice over self. His legacy continues to enhance and empower humanity over time and bring the belief in the goodness of the human spirit to resolve all conflict and bring peace to the world. Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana Directed by Nitesh Tiwari In cinemas worldwide Ramayana Part 1 Diwali 2026.”
The teaser begins with Ranbir Kapoor making a majestic entry into Ayodhya, greeted by a shower of flowers. The teaser also showcases glimpses of him in a fierce warrior avatar, along with moments from his vanvaas alongside Sita and Lakshmana
Towards the end we get a brief tease of Yash’s Ravana. Fans were however missing Sunny Deol from the teaser. The actor is yet to shoot for the film, and fans have to wait for a little more while to see his glimpse.

Other than Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, Ramayana stars Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, Arun Govil as Dashrath, Indira Krishnan as Kaushalya, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, Sheeba Chaddha as Manthara, Vivek Oberoi as Vidyutjiva and Kajal Aggarwal as Mandodari.

Previously, talking about the film, producer Namit Malhotra revealed, "When we set out to make this six or seven years ago, people thought I was a lunatic because no Indian film comes close to this scale. Put simply, the budget will be around $500 million for both parts combined, which is over Rs 4,000 crore."
