Senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including Nitin Nabin, Rekha Gupta, Virendra Sachdeva, and Member of Parliament Bansuri Swaraj, visited a Kali temple in Chittaranjan Park (CR Park), Delhi, to offer prayers following the party’s reported electoral success in West Bengal. The visit was attended by party workers and supporters, marking a symbolic gesture in the aftermath of the election results.

During the visit, leaders participated in religious rituals at the temple dedicated to Maa Kali, a deity widely revered in West Bengal. The gathering reflected a mix of political and cultural elements, with leaders acknowledging the significance of the occasion. The temple in CR Park, known for its association with the Bengali community in Delhi, often serves as a focal point for cultural and धार्मिक activities, particularly during major events.

Leaders present at the event also referred to the broader political context, linking the outcome in West Bengal to public support and leadership at the national level under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They expressed optimism about future governance and development in the state. The visit underscores how political developments are often accompanied by symbolic public engagements, including religious observances, following major electoral outcomes.
