After the formation of the new government in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, officers are being transferred continuously (IAS Transfer). In Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister Thalapathy Vijay’s government has changed the charge of five IAS officers. New secretaries have been appointed in many departments including the Health and Family Welfare Department. In West Bengal, 7 IAS officers have been transferred within the last two days. Out of which five have been attached to the Chief Secretary’s office.
Under the order issued on May 14, the Governor of West Bengal has attached five IAS officers to the office of the Chief Secretary with their current duties. The names of Joint Secretary of Food and Supplies Department Naveen Kumar Chandra, ADM-3 Hooghly Subhashini E, ADM Dev Paschim Medinipur Mohammad Abdul Shaheed, ADM-2 North 24 Parganas Shubham Kundal and ADM-3 South 24 Parganas Raunak Aggarwal are included in this list.
Under an order issued on Wednesday, batch 2020 IAS officer Neha Banerjee has been appointed to the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms. Who was earlier working on the post of ADM East Medinipur. Apart from this, he has also been given the additional charge of the post of CEO of WTL.
Dr. Rajat Nanda, who is currently serving as Senior Special Secretary, L&ELAR and RR&R Department, has been appointed as Secretary, Senior Special Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Department. Apart from this, he will also hold the additional charge of the post of Member Secretary, Center of Excellence in Public Management and Course Director of Satyendra Nath Tagore Civil Services Course Study Centre.
