7 seater toyota highrider

Toyota is preparing to launch a 7 seater version of its popular Urban Cruiser Hyrider. This will be a family SUV. The company can launch it during the festive season in the second half of this year. Its test mule has been seen on the roads several times. Looking at the test mule, it can be said that the SUV will come with long rear overhang and stretched side profile. Mechanically, it will get only the engine options of the existing Highrider.

These include a 1.5 liter petrol engine equipped with Mild-Hybrid Technology, which generates 103 bhp power. Apart from this, it also has a strong hybrid setup which produces a total power of 116 bhp. It will also be offered with all-wheel drive system. Its price can be between Rs 16 lakh to Rs 24 lakh.

Next Generation Toyota Fortuner

The global launch of the new-generation Toyota Fortuner is expected to take place in mid-2026. It can also enter India by the end of 2026. The price of this new model can be between Rs 36 lakh to Rs 55 lakh. The new Fortuner will be based on the updated IMV ladder-frame platform and its structure will be very similar to the new generation Hilux. In this you will see new LED taillights, connected light bar and redesigned bumpers. Sharp LED headlamps, big grill and aggressive bumper will already be seen in the front.

Major changes are expected in the interior of the new Fortuner. It can get 12.3 inch infotainment system, 12.3 inch digital driver display, ADAS features, OTA updates and better connected car technology. Its powertrain options will be the same as the current model. The special thing is that the company can also offer it with 48V mild-hybrid diesel engine.
