What did the Supreme Court judge say?

Supreme Court judge Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra on Thursday recused himself from hearing the petition of Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, in which she had challenged the Delhi Court’s order to frame charges against her in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case. At the very beginning, Justice Mishra and Justice Atul S. Chandurkar’s bench told the actress’ lawyer and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) that the case would be referred to another bench. Justice Mishra said that there is a problem. My son had advocated on behalf of the government in a case to this. List this matter on June 25 before a bench in which none of us are members.
