Patna: A very sensational news is coming out from the coaching world of Patna, the capital of Bihar. The ongoing dispute between two of the biggest and famous faces of Patna, Khan Sir and Roshan Anand of Gyan Bindu Coaching, has now reached a very serious and dangerous turn. On one hand, Gyan Bindu’s head teacher Roshan Anand is already behind the bars, on the other hand, the death of his real brother Prince Yadav in Nepal under suspicious circumstances has created a stir in the entire Bihar.
Immediately after this high-profile death, Kadamkuan police station has also intensified its action. The police team has pasted a strict legal notice outside the office of Khan sir’s institute i.e. ‘Khan Global Studies’ (KGS). The police is pursuing the investigation of the case very rapidly and in this connection, three main staff members of Khan Global Studies have been directly summoned to the police station for questioning.
Kadamkuan police station had given an ultimatum to the three staff of Khan Global Studies to present themselves at the police station before 4 pm on Sunday evening. Police sources say that some very confidential and important information to this entire matter has to be collected, for which it has become very important to interrogate these people face to face.
Even before this, the police had asked them several times through different mediums to come to the police station, but they avoided coming every time. For this reason, now the police have sent notices directly to their homes and given clear instructions that it is mandatory to join the investigation. When these staff did not reach the police station even for the third time, taking the matter seriously, heavy police force was deployed outside the coaching complex.
The names of the three people against whom the police has taken this strict stance and served notices are Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, Ajit Kumar and Ankit Kumar Pandey. All three of them are directly associated with Khan Sir’s coaching ‘Khan Global Studies’. The police have sent formal notices to their home addresses asking them to report to the Kadamkuan police station within the stipulated time without any excuse and fully cooperate with the police in the ongoing investigation.
Investigation has also revealed that the police had earlier informed these three over phone, sometimes through written letter and sometimes by sending WhatsApp messages. But every time the police were ignored. The police administration says that due to repeated lack of cooperation, they have been forced to issue this final and formal notice, which is being considered as the final call.
This whole big controversy started with a complaint application by Kanhaiya Singh, the staff of Khan Global Studies himself. Based on the same complaint of Kanhaiya Singh, an FIR was registered in Kadamkuan police station. In this FIR, Roshan Anand of Gyan Bindu Coaching and his brother Prince Yadav were made the main accused.
But the biggest and shocking twist in this case came when, shortly after the registration of this FIR, the accused Prince Yadav died under very suspicious circumstances in Nepal. After this mysterious death, the whole matter became very sensitive and the police immediately increased the scope of investigation and intensified the action.
Under Kadamkuan police station case number 410/26, the police have bluntly warned that to get to the bottom of the case, it is most important to record the statements of these three. It is clearly written in the notice that if these three do not reach the police station without any solid and valid reason, then very strict and punitive action will be taken against them under the law.
The three people whose horoscopes have been taken out by the police include Ajit Kumar, son of Ranjit Bind, resident of Amaiya village of Asarganj police station area of Munger district, Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, son of Santosh Kumar Singh, resident of Panti village of Mohammadganj police station area of Palamu (Jharkhand) district and Ankit Kumar Pandey, son of Vijay Shankar Pandey, resident of Sohaigaj village of Baniapur police station area of Saran (Chhapra) district.
The sudden death of Prince Yadav in Nepal has not allowed this entire controversy to be limited to just a coaching tussle or a minor FIR. Now this question is also floating on social media whether Prince Yadav had to leave the country and flee to Nepal because of Khan Sir’s FIR? Police say that after this incident of death, the matter has become very sensitive and now every angle is being investigated closely. Only after all the concerned people sit face to face and are interrogated, it will be completely clear what is the whole truth behind the scenes and which big people have played a role in this whole game.
