WhatsApp Voice Message Widget: Sending voice messages could soon become easier than ever for WhatsApp users. According to WhatsApp beta reports, the company is working on an Android widget that will allow users to record and send voice messages directly from the home screen without opening the app. Although this feature is currently in the development phase, its initial design and potential features have already been revealed, as follows:

Send voice messages directly from the home screen.
Currently, one has to open a chat to send or listen to a voice message; however, with this feature, you will be able to listen to and send voice messages right from the home screen.

This widget will act as a shortcut for recording and instantly sending voice notes. It aims to eliminate the need for users to repeatedly open the app, making voice messaging faster and more convenient than before.

What will the new widget look like?
According to WhatsApp beta reports, the widget will initially appear in a compact 3x1 format, though users will be able to adjust its size according to their preference and comfort.
After adding the widget to the home screen, users will have the option to resize it, allowing it to fit easily into various screen layouts.

Post voice notes to Status.
Furthermore, reports claim that in the future, WhatsApp will allow users to post recorded voice notes directly to their Status.
If implemented, users will be able to post status updates using their own voices instead of just text or photos, potentially introducing new ways of communication on the platform.

Reports also indicate that, in addition to the voice message widget, WhatsApp is working on a separate Status widget.
With this widget, users will be able to view recent status updates and quickly post a new status without opening the app. This feature is also currently said to be in the testing phase.

Send voice messages to multiple people at once
Regarding the features of this tool, users will be able to share a single voice message with multiple contacts. According to reports, after recording a voice message, users will be able to select multiple recipients and send the same message to all of them at once. This will eliminate the need to repeatedly visit different chats to send the recording.

When will this feature be released?
Currently, this feature is not available to general users. Reports indicate that it is still in the development and beta testing stages. The company has not yet made any official announcement regarding its launch.

How will WhatsApp users benefit?
If this feature is launched, voice messaging will become much easier than before. Users will be able to start recording directly from the home screen, saving time and reducing the need for app navigation.
