Patna, June 20: A Patna court has provided interim relief to the well-known educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, commonly referred to as Khan Sir, regarding the ongoing investigation into a shooting incident in the city.

During the court session, it was ordered that no coercive measures be taken against him until further notice.

This ruling effectively postpones any potential arrest of Khan Sir for the time being.

The court has also extended similar protection to three of his staff members, instructing that no punitive actions be initiated against them until the next court date.

Reports indicate that the Patna Police presented the case diary during the proceedings on Saturday.

After reviewing the submitted documents, the court has scheduled the next hearing for June 25.

Khan Sir's legal representative confirmed that the court has granted him protection from arrest until the next hearing, and the case will be further examined based on the evidence provided.

While Khan Sir and his staff received this relief, his two security guards will remain in judicial custody.

Bail applications for the guards are also part of the ongoing legal process.

Previously, Khan Sir had approached the Patna Civil Court seeking anticipatory bail concerning the shooting incident.

In his application, he refuted all allegations and asserted that he was not involved in the shooting.

The petition claimed that the accusations against him are unfounded and that he has been wrongfully implicated.

The situation has escalated amid a dispute between Khan Sir and Roshan Anand.

After being released from jail, Roshan Anand accused Khan Sir of attempting to eliminate him and alleged a conspiracy against him.

He also implicated Khan Sir in the murder of Prince Yadav.

Roshan Anand later tried to file a complaint against Khan Sir at the Kadamkuan Police Station.

When his complaint was not registered promptly, he protested outside the police station.

The investigation is ongoing, and the interim protection granted to Khan Sir and his staff will remain until further court orders.
