Second Step- Now grind the soaked chana dal coarsely with ginger, cumin, green chilli and garlic without adding water. Add salt, turmeric, asafoetida and chopped coriander to it.
Third step- Boil water in a pan, add salt and oil in it. Now turn off the gas flame and add rice flour to hot water and mix. Keep it covered for about 5 minutes. Then mash it with hands and make a soft dough. Now roll small puris from rice flour and keep dal masala in the middle.
Fourth Step- Now fold each puri slightly from the middle. You don’t have to turn it off completely. It has to be made like Gujiya but not closed. Just have to fold it in half.
Fifth Step- Take a steamer and heat water in it. Cook the fur in steam for 15-20 minutes. In this way, steam all the phares and then prepare tadka for them. To make tadka, heat mustard oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and red chilli and crackle. Now add steamed farra into it and fry it lightly.
