• Starch or rice water: 3 to 4 teaspoons


• Aloe vera gel: 2 teaspoons

• Glycerine: half teaspoon

Prepare rice water: Wash 2 to 3 spoons of rice thoroughly and soak it in half a cup of water for 2 to 3 hours. When the water turns light white, filter it and keep it aside.

Prepare the mixture: Take 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel in a clean bowl. Add 3 spoons of thick rice water to it.

Add oil and rose water: Now add almond oil or Vitamin E and rose water to it. If your skin is very dry, you can also add a little glycerine.

Beat: Beat all the ingredients continuously with the help of a spoon until it becomes a smooth, creamy and white paste.

Store: Fill the prepared night cream in a clean and airtight glass container and keep it in the refrigerator. This cream does not spoil easily for 7 to 10 days.
